Bring your creative energy and get ready to craft with some other awesome peeps. Lisa is our Lead Crafter - she's working on exactly what medium(s) will be used for this crafting experience. Don't worry - everyone makes something amazing; everyone has a super fun time. Ticket price of $45pp includes two glasses of wine, snacks & all crafting supplies.
Bubbles aren't just for celebration. They're fabulous with the right food pairing or with popcorn or just because. This class will walk you through how sparkling wine and champagne are made and we'll taste through different styles of bubbles from around the world. Yes, we're going to pop open some of the fancypants bubbles :). In true Pip style there will be snacks to complement the bubbles.

We are also grateful to their humans who have served our country. We invite any veterans or active military to bring their pets and families for a complimentary family portrait.
We will have appointments available on Saturday, 11/8 from 9am-12pm and on Sunday, 11/9 from 9am-12pm. Appointments are scheduled on the 1/2 hour and usually take 15 minutes. Portrait images will be emailed. Sign-ups will begin mid-October.

Join us for an afternoon of sipping sangria and making your OWN wine sangria to take home and enjoy. Lisa and Amy will have a few different sangrias to drink while you're crafting your masterpiece and also some printed recipes - try them and figure out what you'd like to include in your sangria! There will be white, red and rose wines from which to choose and different fruits to include. GO TEAM SANGRIA! [1 SS ticket is good for two people. to participate.]
Fill your glass jar (which is provided) up w/your favorite ingredients and boom - you've got your own sangria. You don't need to bring anything to class - we'll have snacks, sangria to sip and then you'll leave with your own sangria to drink at home!
Tickets are $90 for two people and are non-refundable but are transferable. The class will be cancelled and any tickets purchased refunded if we do not sell adequate # of tickets by Saturday, Sept 20th.

We’ll have our favorite meat market here serving up some homemade goat and beef quesabirrias as part of our Hispanic Heritage Month celebration.
La Favorita will do its thing out back on the griddle while we have a mezcal tasting in the front. It’s a perfect opportunity for a great meal.
As part of Hispanic Heritage Month we're going to (finally) feature a Mezcal tasting! La Luna has roots in Dixon so it's apropos we not only taste the Black Label Mezcal we serve in our drinks but highlight some of their artisanal agave Mezcals.
While you're at The Pip please support the La Favorite pop-up - they're serving up beef & goat quesabirria tacos, chips and salsa. Perfect complement to Mezcal - oh and BTW we'll have some special cocktails on the menu
Tasting is $20pp. No reservations necessary - it's a "walk-in" tasting. Come up to the register and get your glass.
Join Chef Martin Rivera, of Backdoor Bistro and his own BarLynn in Vacaville for a 20-person harvest-inspired dinner at The Pip. The dinner includes passed hors d'oeuvres during a cocktail hour and a seated 4 course prix fixe menu created by Chef Martin. We will email to confirm guest(s) choice of main course. Ticket prices include food & gratuity. The bar will be open for cocktail hour & a special wine menu (chosen to complement the food) will be available throughout the evening.
Tickets are $110pp and can be ordered HERE and include passed hors d'oeuvres, a 4 course meal and gratuity. Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable but are transferrable. The dinner will be cancelled and any tickets refunded if there is not adequate ticket sales by September 13th, 2025.

Why don't we drink more sake?! It's amazing! Our sake specialist will start you on educational journey to learn about sake basics, sake production, taste different styles of sake, taste different "terroirs" of sake and also pair sake with foods you'd have any night of the week. Please come and meet our newest featured artist, Lauren Ann Wagner! We're quite smitten with her work; 4 of the 5 images feature some gorgeous western horses and one features a lil Scottish Highland cow named Patsy. Lauren is a Dixon local who lives with her family out in the country. She is also one of the two photographers who volunteered her time and expertise to our Pets and Vets program. There will be hors d'oeuvres (free) and our regular menu will be available. Come out to meet our artist, learn the background stories of the photographs and enjoy some time at The Pip. The holidays are wonderful. Sometimes too wonderful. Between work, family, kids off school, "should do's", "have to's" and just holiday hype Jess and Amy want to offer a simple escape.
Treat yourself (and a friend?) to a special express facial with Jessica Tafolla. Come early or stay late and enjoy 2 glasses of bubbles from The Pip and spa-worthy snacks. Our entire day is blocked off for YOU. Appointments are 25 minutes each for the express facial and are available from 1:00-6:30. The "lounge" (where merriment, bubbles and spa snacks abound) is available to clients from 1pm through 7:30. Additional merriment is to be had at The Pip. The package (facial, bubbles and snacks) is only $75pp.
